First you will need to take a look at the unit to make sure it fits your needs, then you would fill out an application and pass the pre-screening. If you pass the pre-screening then we do a national background check that will be a fee of $35, if that comes back good you will then have three days to secure the deposit. We would then work out the details of the move in date as well as signing the lease.
